About the retreat:Join us for this 7 day Yin Empowerment Retreat for Women in the majestic Indian Himalayas. We will embark on a journey of self-discovery, reconnection with your passions, and the realisation of your best self. You will learn self-healing techniques and be supported in harnessing your inner goddess power. Spend time being nourished in beautiful surroundings with the guidance of Usha and Rakinder.
Your retreat will include Reiki Level I and II certification based yin empowerment, daily mindful hatha yoga, guided meditation, chakra awareness, one-to-one coaching, and intuitive jornaling/ art work.There will be opportunities for quiet reflection, group discussions and sharing, and exploration of the local area.
Retreat location:Retreat amongst the highest peaks on the planet, in the majestic Himalaya mountain range that stretches across Asia. Join us in Dharamsala, the home of the Dalai Lama, surrounded by cedar forests and pure mountain air.
Retreat team:You will be guided in this deep work by a team dedicated to your personal spiritual growth. Usha Dobhal, the founder of Buddhahall, is an evolved healer, reiki master, and spiritual teacher who has worked internationally for over 20 years. Rakinder Reehal, founder of Kinanda Yoga, is an interntionalretreat leader, reiki master, and a mindful hatha yoga and meditation teacher. With their combined experience and knowledge they have crafted a program that focuses on your transformation and healing.

A typical day will look like this:
6.30 - 8am Meditation, breath work, & yoga
8 - 9am Breakfast
9 - 11am Free time/ one-to-one appointments
11 - 1pm Reiki Level I & II teaching
1 - 2pm Lunch
2 - 4pm Free time/ one-to-one appointments
4 - 5.30pm Yoga & relaxation
6 - 7pm Dinner
7 - 8pm Journal/ reflection time/ group discussions

Usha Dobhal (Reiki Master)
Usha Dobhal is an evolved spiritual Teacher and a Healer; she has created powerful practices for woman’s (Yin Empowerment) to blossom their creative and loving energy. She conducts many interesting workshops across India and many countries across the world on the subject of Healing and self empowerment, She is a Co-Director and a Founder of the Buddha hall holistic healing & teaching center Dharamsala India., She is a unique combination of eastern spiritual wisdom, western therapeutic knowledge, she completed her post graduation in alternative meditation and naturopath, and energetic mastery. Many Masters initiated her into spirituality & holistic healing & teaching, she also learns ancient Vedic healing from her father-in-law, a well-known spiritual writer. she is a leading teacher of Traditional Usui Reiki training, Ancient Vedic Healing, Self empowerment program, Crystal Healing, Chakra Healing, Tarot & Numerology Reading, Meditation, yoga, she is also a certified clinical hypnotherapist–past life therapist and counsellor, Usha shares teachings to uplift and empower others to empower their lives as she has her own. Teaching from personal life experience, Usha guides people in awakening and living from the highest potential inherent within them. Rakinder is an international retreat leader, healer, and world traveller (having lived/ worked/ visited 60 countries so far). She completed her Reiki Master and Holistic Energy Healer training at Buddha Hall in Dharamsala, and is a 200 hour Mindful Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher. She is the founder of Kinanda Yoga, and integrates the principles of Ayurveda into her work.
With a Masters in Postcolonial Studies and a second Masters in Human Rights, Rakinder spent over a decade working in the development sector with a focus on refugee women’s rights. She is dedicated to merging her passions and utilising the healing arts to advance social justice and inclusion. Her teaching is grounded in the transformative power of connecting with self through yoga, meditation, and reiki healing.
